As the SENCo in a local secondary school, I am researching into the transition process for pupils with SEN as part of my Education Doctorate with the University of Portsmouth. This research aims to further previous research undertaken into the transition process for students between primary and secondary schools. The findings from this research may be used for publication and to inform further research.
I would be grateful if you could disseminate this survey to your staff for completion prior to the summer holidays.
